Our Mission

The Assisted Living Center has a well-trained and committed staff where senior members of our community receive the levels of assisted care
needed to preserve their independence.

Levels of Care

Level 1
Residents are independent and responsible for doctor appointments, medication, refills, etc.
Nursing staff is available 24 hours a day.

Level 2
Residents are assisted with medication, bed making and cueing to dress and bath.
All medications are ordered through our pharmacy and administered by medical staff.

Level 3
Residents are assisted with level 2 areas along with hands on assistance of one person with meal time reminders, completing dressing, grooming,
incontinence care and cueing to and from meals or activities.

Enhanced Care

• Assistance with full incontinence care beyond reminders

• Special daily needs (e.g. catheter care, PEG tube set-up, etc)

Furnishings

All rooms are furnished with a twin bed, dresser, bedside table, mirror and bedding. Each room has a ceiling fan, phone jack and thermostat. Towels, washcloths and bed linens are provided and laundered. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items and furniture.
