Christian Care Services
• Trained professionals staffed 24-hours/day
• Health services coordinated by a licensed nurse
• Three nutritional meals served in the main dining room,
three times a day.
Special dietary needs are accommodated by providing all residents
with their choice of entrees at every meal. A daily coffee break
and nightly snack time are also available for residents to enjoy
• On site laundry service is included. Clothing is pressed
and put on hangers and delivered to individual residents
• Housekeeping is provided weekly for each room
• Medication monitoring and distribution is provided by
a trained staff member and customized to residents' individual
needs. Pharmacy Service is provided by a contracted pharmacy and
delivered to Christian Care for the residents using this service
• Evaluations and vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration,
and temperature)
• Emergency response system
• Bathing and assistance with other personal care needs,
if necessary
• Assistance with making appointments, if needed
• A diverse program of activities in the facility as well
as in the community
• Spiritual Activities - Wednesday afternoon church service,
Sunday church service and Catholic service, Bible Study, Song
& Praise, Evening Hymn Sings, chaplain visits as desired
• Social Activities - birthday parties, special celebrations
for Holidays, theme month activities, Red Hat Society group "Grannies
with Hatitude", van trips into the community, guest musicians,
movie nights, bingo, bunco
• Intellectual Activities -current events, board and card
games, library, puzzles, trivia, reminiscing, travelogues
• Physical Activities - exercise classes, bowling, walking
programs, outings
• Landscaped grouds with walking paths, a memoral garden,
raised garden areas for resident vegetable/flower projects
• Outside patio for summer picnics, ice cream social, and
such events
