| Jan Clark, BA Administrator Jan oversees operations for Christian Care Nursing Center. Jan works with the Board of Directors to set goals and objectives for the facility, then with the management team they work to ensure they meet Federal and State requirements, comply with budgets and provide the best care to residents and families. Jan is leading the Building and Financing Committees working to replace the existing nursing center. |

Becky Joppie, RN Director of Nursing Becky has been a licensed registered nurse for over 43 years. She is a graduate of Mercy Central School of Nursing, with over 20 years of experience in caring for seniors with dementia. Becky has been blessed to work in ICU, pediatrics, nursing education and elder care. Becky is responsible for managing the overall clinical care of our residents and oversees the clinical team at our Nursing Center. |

| Michele Woodring, BAA Marketing Michele has been with Christian Care since 2005. She holds a marketing degree from Central Michigan University. Michele is responsible for promoting Christian Care in the community, hosting building tours, coordinating family and community education seminars, and admissions in both the Senior Care and Nursing Care facilities. Michele serves on the Board of Directors for the Senior Marketing Group of Greater Muskegon. |

| Jess Noel, RN Assistant Director of Nursing Jess is a graduate of Mercy Central School of Nursing and is a licensed registered nurse. He is responsible for staff development and orientation of new employees. He leads the Infection Control and Safety Committees. Jess coordinates resident care in the absence of the Director of Nursing and is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. |

| Nancy McKinney, LPN MDS Coordinator Nancy is responsible for completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS), a federally mandated process for clinical assessment of all residents in Medicare or Medicaid certified nursing homes. This process provides a comprehensive review of each resident's functional capabilities and aids in creating a plan of care based on individual resident needs. Assessments are conducted on admission then quarterly thereafter. Nancy coordinates the schedule for Care Conferences which are held shortly after completion of the MDS process. Care conferences are opportunities for the resident and their families to meet with the interdisciplinary team to review goals and plans of care. Nancy is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. |

| Jean Feimster, BSW CDP Social Worker Jean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. She has worked with seniors and special populations for her entire career. In her role at Christian Care, she is responsible for assessing the mental health and cognitive abilities of residents and developing plans of care to assist residents and families to maintain optimal emotional and psychosocial well-being. Jean assists residents and families in navigating and accessing community mental health services, applying for state and federal financial resources and as an advocate to protect residents’ legal rights. Jean facilitates the monthly Family Support Group and is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Jean holds the designations of Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners |

| Jean Wall, CDM CFPP Dietary Manager Laundry and Housekeeping Supervisor Jean completed the Dietary Managers Program at University of North Dakota. She is a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional and has additional training in Modified Diet Management. Jean is responsible for planning, supervising and directing all operations in the Dietary department. She completes nutrition assessments and develops care plans to meet individual nutritional requirements. Jean directs housekeeping and laundry services and is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. |

| Tami Tufts, BA Activity Director Tami holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Central Michigan University. Tami is responsible for completing resident activity assessments and developing activity care plans to meet individual resident needs and preferences. Tami leads group and individual activities, facilitates visits to the facility by community groups and takes residents on community outings. Tami coordinates activity volunteers and leads the Resident Council and is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. |

| Deb Stenholm Nursing Secretary and Nursing Scheduler Deb started with Christian Care in 1975.She greets visitors to the building, handles scheduling of the nursing staff, maintains medical records and provides secretarial support to the nursing staff. |
