Corporate Staff

Jan oversees operations of Christian Care Nursing Center. Jan works with the Board of Directors to set goals and objectives, then works with the management team of the Nursing Center facility to ensure they meet Federal and State requirements, comply with budgets and provide the best care to residents and families. Jan is leading the Building and Financing Committees working to replace the existing nursing center.

Sue oversees operations of Christian Care Senior Care. Sue works with the Board of Directors to set goals and objectives for the facility, then with the management team of the Senior Care works to ensure they meet Federal and State requirements, comply with budgets and provide the best care to residents and families. 

Jon holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and Music from Grace Bible College. Jon is responsible for hiring employees, facility and corporate policies, employee benefits and maintaining records according to Federal and State agencies. Jon serves on the Building Committee to replace the existing nursing center. His background in construction management assisted extensively in site & building design of the new nursing center.

Jeff holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance & Accounting from Western Michigan University. Prior to his position with Christian Care, Jeff worked in public accounting and non-profit financial management. Jeff is responsible for preparing & maintaining budgets, financial statements, payroll for both facilities, and filing required State and Federal financial documentation.

Michele has been with Christian Care since 2005. She holds a marketing degree from Central Michigan University. Michele is responsible for promoting Christian Care in the community, hosting building tours, coordinating family and community education seminars, and admissions in both the Senior Care and Nursing Care facilities. Michele serves on the Board of Directors for the Senior Marketing Group of Greater Muskegon.
